In the field of air logistics, on March 4, the first all-cargo route between Urumqi, China and Islamabad, Pakistan was officially put into operation. A SF Airlines Boeing 757 cargo plane carrying 2.57 tons of cross-border e-commerce goods arrived in Islamabad smoothly, further unimpeded the cross-border logistics channel between China and Pakistan, providing more powerful logistics support for the development of bilateral trade. Also on March 4, SF Group signed a cooperation agreement with Yifei Air to order the first 100 self-developed ES1000 large ultra-short takeoff and landing unmanned transport aircraft from Yifei Air. With a maximum take-off weight of 4.5 tons, a commercial load of 1.5 tons and a range of 1,200 kilometers, the ES1000 can achieve ultra-short take-off and landing, which can significantly reduce the dependence on traditional airports, and is expected to increase the logistics timelines by more than 50%, providing an effective solution to the logistics distribution problems in remote areas.

In terms of logistics technology application, according to China Network news, high-speed rail express is becoming more and more important in the express delivery market with its fast, punctual, low-carbon and other characteristics. In 2024, the national railway freight delivery has increased significantly, and state-owned enterprises such as China Railway Express and private enterprises such as SF Express and Jingdong Logistics have cooperated to explore new models of high-speed rail freight. In the range of 500 to 2,000 kilometers, the time of high-speed rail logistics is three times that of road transport, and the comprehensive transport cost is only half that of aviation, which will make an important contribution to reducing the total cost of social logistics.
In terms of industry exchanges, the 31st China International Packaging Industry Exhibition and 2025 China (Guangzhou) International Packaging Products Exhibition opened in Guangzhou on March 4 for three days.
